I am not a career politician. I am a public servant who is passionate about the socioeconomic growth, development, and unity of my community.
I believe in a beautiful city with consistent economic development, technologically advanced modes of transportation, an infrastructure that accommodates growth and addresses traffic congestion, smoke free indoor air, pollution free outdoor air, crime free communities, and workplaces with hiring practices that do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. These things don’t just exist in an Utopian society. I believe that Baton Rouge can be that city! This can be our reality!
I have lived in Baton Rouge my entire life and I know the people of this great city are God-fearing, hardworking, and genuinely good people who want the best for their families and have a sincere desire to make Baton Rouge a better place to live for the future. I don’t view Baton Rouge in terms of your district or my district, your neighborhood or my neighborhood. I view Baton Rouge as our city, our community, our home. We are better together.
I join with you in my commitment to make our beloved capital city an ideal place to reside.
It's time for serious social and political change in Baton Rouge!
Let’s move Baton Rouge forward!
“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
